From Haiti to the Coast Guard
to 25 Years of Freedom
I was born in Manhattan and grew up in Haiti with my grandmother before returning to New York at 11. I had big dreams, too big for any one classroom or any single career path. After studying International Business at the College of Staten Island, I enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard, where I served proudly as an Operations Specialist for eight years.
During that time I was working 30–38 hours a week as a security guard on top of active duty. Exhausted and financially stuck, I discovered network marketing. In my very first week, I earned more than my security job paid. I never looked back.
I'm still with the same company today because when you find the right opportunity, built on a service that genuinely changes people's lives, you don't leave. You grow. And you bring others with you.
